One of the Santa Clarita museums worth checking out is the Law Enforcement Hall of Fame. Here visitors can learn about Santa Clarita Valley’s law enforcement history. This museum features historical archives from 1849 with over 200 images hanging in the SCV Sheriff’s Station. This is one of the only Los Angeles County sheriff’s stations that depicts its entire history. The William S. Hart Ranch and Museum is another Santa Clarita museum worth visiting. The Hart Museum is scenically situated, with a large park and nature trails surrounding it. Hart Ranch and Museum is the former ranch and home of American silent film actor, screen writer, director and producer William S. Hart. For Santa Clarita real estate residents with kids that love trains, the Saugus Train Station is like a dream come true. This museum offers a journey through time in the form of an 1887 train station. This is one of the Santa Clarita museums with free admission. It features exhibits in the train’s baggage room that depict local history. You can also see the bullet holes in the walls caused by cowboys who shot up the station when greeting incoming trains. This is also home to the table that Wild Bill was allegedly shot at while he was playing cards. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind cowboys and trains adventure you won’t want to miss!
