Cherrie has been an expert real estate agent in Santa Clarita for 9+ years. She began her career as an expert in custom homes, specializing in ranch style homes in Sand Canyon. As the market changed, so has has Cherrie’s specialization. She became an expert on the short sale process and now handles many negotiations for other agents and prides herself on her knowledge and skill in this negotiation process.
Cherrie’s introduction to Real Estate was while assisting for a successful realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley in 2002. Thereafter she pursued her own Real Estate career. She has been building her career ever since.
