Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent
View, powerlines, hillside, traffic, noise?
Pool, stainless, granite, hardwood, built ins etc.

- Desirability of the neighborhood
High demand low inventory?
These variables make it hard to just name a price without consideration. This becomes a large pitfall when using a site like Zillow for determining estimated
value because none of these conditions are taken into account. The only way to get a proper home value is to do a full in-home evaluation while also evaluating local comparables and forming a complex algorithm with variables from each that would give NASA a headache.
